Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Carefully place the unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact.

Ship the Parcel

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
